Fracture amélo-dentinaire sans exposition pulpaire de l'incisive permanente chez l'enfant : solutions et moyens thérapeutiques

Abstract : For enamel-dentin incisor fractures without pulp involvment in children, IADT recommends two types of treatment: repositioning and bonding the tooth fragment, and restoration by layering of composite resins. It can be difficult for the dentist to choose which technique to perform in the context of the emergency, while respecting the aesthetic and functional aspect, without loss of chance for the child. The objective of this work is to study the different advantages and disadvantages of each technique to guide the dentist towards the most appropriate.
