Consultation prénatale du premier trimestre : évaluation des pratiques professionnelles à la maternité Port-Royal

Abstract : Pregnancy can be a situation where the risks are increased both in terms of morbidity than maternal-fetal. To monitor quality, foster the development of physiological pregnancy and minimize the occurrence of complications or worsening of disease, the High Authority of Health has established guidelines for good practice. The consultation of the first quarter is critical for monitoring pregnancy. It helps identify or evaluate risk factors that may be medico-psycho-social and so develop a "plan" based on monitoring the situation. This thesis proposes to assess the professional practices of the Port-Royal maternity as regards the consultation of the first quarter and whether or not there are differences with the recommendations of the High Authority of Health. For this, we conducted a retrospective descriptive study on a total of 130 cases. After analyzing our results, we could highlight flaws detection and prevention could be the cause of maternal and fetal complications. It is essential to stress the importance of each clinical and para clinical screening and prevention messages to monitor quality of pregnancy.
