Évaluation et élaboration d'outils d'information sur l'aphasie, à destination du patient aphasique et de son entourage

Abstract : Aphasia is a neurological pathology very complex, that supervenes after a brain injury. This appearance is unexpected and very brutal for the patient and his family, who feel demoralized and lost: so, it is important to give them information and some advice as soon as possible, since the hospitalisation. To that end, P. Alibert made, in 2010, an informative support about aphasia, with simple and short informations, for patients and their families, but it was necessary to reassess it before its diffusion. This year, in this work, we have went on with this information work by reassessing more precisely the informative support, and by adding to it a double information poster about aphasia, the first is theorical, and the second is more practical with communication advice for the families. These posters will be exposed in the hospital and in re-education services. To reassess this information work, we have conducted semi-structured interviews with aphasic's families: the results showed a big interest and a big satisfaction for our information supports: they seem match correctly to their information needs. The aim of this work is the diffusion of these informative supports, that is in progress.
