Effets indésirables des produits à visée amaigrissante

Abstract : Overweight and obesity are a real health problem in recent decades in western countries. Consequently, the marketing of "products" to promote weight loss has increased considerably. However, food supplements and other medications used for these purposes are not always devoid of side effects, sometimes severe. In pharmacy, appropriate advice on their delivery, generally avoid such complications. Conversely, the sites "Internet" on which their sale is often attractive communicate in incomplete information needed to warn consumers. For example, the issuance of specialty Alli should impose a warning provided by the pharmacist. Food supplements Herbal take a large share of this market "of thinness. Their effectiveness is not always established, but the risks associated with their use and misuse can cause real pathologies. Similarly, the high protein diets can also be the source of disorder when their use becomes irrational. The board improvement in the pharmacy and the prevention of complications related to these side effects pass through the realization of records relating to the properties of the constituents of products. In conclusion, slimming products are not all effective but may pose a significant risk of adverse reactions guilty to generate discomfort at the users' health.
