Sociétés civiles immobilières : vraie solution ou fausse optimisation ?

Abstract : Real Civil Societies are now common society that are found in the heritage of people who own building. The purpose of this structure is to optimize both renting these building but also the transmission of these, to their descendants, at lower costs. But this research tax optimization however requires certain accounting and tax knowledge in order not to make mistakes that can cause heavy damage and destroy this optimum. This is why this project tries to cover all the criteria which Real Civil Societes will have to face in order to reduce both the cost of operation but also the registration fees whose descendants will face during the asset transfer.
