Retour du paysan et développement des circuits courts alimentaires de proximité dans les Pyrénées-Atlantiques : étude comparative de Bayonne et de Pau

Abstract : Through the study of the Basque Country and Béarn, the relationship between a farmer project and an implementation of the short food supply chains, and their mutual development is studied. Indeed, there are a lot of short circuits, ranging from a commercial outlet for the farmer, the search for a "good and local" product for the consumer to the implementation of a farmer project. These short food supply chains respond to different logics, and therefore to different objectives. Some are more of a farmer's project initiators than others. Finally, the integration of this farmer project and short circuits within the relationship with para-agricultural organizations and public action is studied.
