Accessibilité sociale à l'alimentation durable : état des lieux des pratiques alimentaires d'un public en situation de précarité à Rennes

Abstract : The city of Rennes starts a reflexion about sustainable food accessibility for poor people. This thesis shows how the targeted population eats, what’s the existing ‘distance’ to sustainable food, and to what extent would it be relevant to take inspiration from the preexisting cultural accessibility public policy of the Rennes area. For this, 60 questionnairs brought to : a single variable analysis considered representative, and a Multi Correspondance Analysis linked to a Classification. 15 interviews enabled to clarify the proximity to sustainable food and the potential levers to go toward it. Ideal-types permit to emphasize the principal characteristics relative to food accessibility, distance to sustainable food, and socio-economic profile. We didn’t conlcude regarding the shape that could take a sustainable food accessibility public policy, but indications were given on different approaches that could be complementary.
