Gestion du profil d'émergence par CFAO dans les cas d'extraction-implantation immédiate

Abstract : The CAD / CAM design of anatomical healing abutment, provisional prosthesis or implant abutment prior to surgery allows to optimize the healing of soft tissues by a predefined implant emergence profile in extraction-implantation cases immediate. Immediate loading may nevertheless compromise implant osseo integration outside of its indications. Thus, the realization of a cell closure pillar designed by CAD / CAM or direct composite will allow a mechanical barrier between the surgical site and the oral cavity, while avoiding the occlusal load. This pillar will be designed to close the cell and stabilize the surrounding gingival architecture during healing phases .This study will highlight the follow-up of 30 cases. The peri-implant gingival profile will be compared to the initial gingival profile before extraction. The durability, reliability and predicability of this technique will be analyzed.
