Il s'agit d'une étude observationnelle rétrospective portant sur une population de malades rénaux chroniques de stade 1 à 4 définis par la mesure du DFG à l'EDTA, ayant accepté un enregistrement du sommeil par polygraphie ventilatoire, Le SAS ,
