L’impact de la loi ELAN sur les ZAC : une tentative de renouveau ?

Abstract : The evolution of French practices has impacted the construction field. This is why, improve urban tools is a crucial issue to be able to build more and better. The “Zone d’Aménagement Concerté” (ZAC), is a project of urban development used for more than twenty years old. According to every user, procedures defined by the ZAC are considered as too slow and too complex to apply. The ELAN law aims to clarify ZAC methods. The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the issues reveled by ZAC uses, and to outline the improvements that the ELAN law provides. ELAN law allows us to believe in a better future for this urban tool.
