Prise en charge des lésions endo-parodontales par la technique de chirurgie minimalement invasive (Minimal Invasive Surgical Technique-MIST)

Abstract : Management of teeth with endo-periodontal terminal lesions by minimally invasive surgery technique. Many protocols with random results have been proposed for the management of endoperiodontal lesions. Professor Cortellini developed the minimally invasive surgery technique (MIST) in order to optimize periodontal healing. The objective of this work was to evaluate the contribution of the MIST technique in the treatment of endo-periodontal lesions through a literature review and a study of three clinical cases. We highlighted an improvement in clinical parameters, in agreement with the literature. The practitioner’s experience and patient compliance are key elements in the successful management of endo-periodontal lesions.
