Le management de l’intelligence collective par le cadre de santé

Abstract : Our research is part of the field of psychosociology and psychodynamics of work. From the concepts of management of collective intelligence, work and dialogue on real work, we will try to know in what way the management of collective intelligence by the health executive facilitates the discussion of real work in team. The hypothesis we pose is that the leadership style of the health executive trained in collective intelligence influences the discussion of real work with the team. In a hypothetico-deductive methodology, we conducted interviews with six health care managers from different health care facilities. The analysis of these interviews leads to the conclusion that the health executive facilitating collective intelligence does not facilitate the discussion of real work due to his training. However, the managerial posture of encouraging collective intelligence is interesting to look at, especially in the current context, because it encourages professionals' ability to act, a source of creativity and quality of work. This link between management of collective intelligence and quality of work deserves to be explored in greater depth in future research.
