Prise en charge du stress à l'officine en période COVID-19

Abstract : National surveys on COVID-19’s health crisis have highlighted a negative impact of the pandemic on the French mental health, with in particular an increase of stress’s prevalence. As a public health actor, the pharmacist is often the first contact to whom the patient turns. After recalling the evolution of stress’s concept and its physiopathological mechanism, we will retrace the virus’s story and we will synthesize studies on the link between the health crisis and the stress’s increase in France. Finally, we will detail various tools of micronutrition, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, gemmotherapy and homeopathy to support patients in better stress management. The objective of this work is to be able to choose the therapy available without a prescription that is best suited to the patient and to know when redirect him to another professional.
