Analyse de pratiques scripturales plurilingues sur le forum Seneweb.com

Abstract : In the course of this work, we were interested in scriptural practices of bilingual speakers on the forum Seneweb. Com. Senegalese society is multilingual with a Sociolinguistic setup where the national languages are in contact with French. It is this situation that gave birth to speeches those researchers such as (Thiam 1997, Mbaye, 1989-90), call "francolof" or urban wolof. We realized that the wolof (spoken language according to Daff (1996: 565) by "about 80% of people resident in Senegal [ ...] " remains the national language the most alternating with the French on Seneweb.com. In the first instance, we tried to isolate the functions of the wolof-french codeswitching by observing a distinction between the codeswitching and borrowing, two transcodic marks which are very close yet remain different. Secondly, we were interested in the status and the functions of languages in contemporary Senegalese society, but also in Senegalese in diaspora. And, we concluded by questioning the relationship that could exist between codeswitching and the sociolinguistic situation of writers (Senegalese in Senegal and Senegalese in diaspora).
