Gestion des principaux effets indésirables des thérapies ciblées par voie orale‎ : quel type d'outil pour le pharmacien d'officine ?

Abstract : The purpose of this thesis is to develop a tool that would facilitate the work of pharmacists in the management of main adverse events in oral targeted therapies. Main means most frequent adverse events and also those for wich a quick medical consultation is required. The first part details the mechanism of action of oral targeted therapies and also the clinical presentation and management of chosen adverse effects. From these data, we selected informations that could be useful for pharmacists (like general and dietary advises, examples of useful dermocosmetic products,...), and we tried to develop a tool that would be easy to use in a pharmacy and that would allow us presentation of data in a synthetic way. The tool that was finally developed was crosschecked by oncologists and hematologists working at Grenoble universitary hospital.
