Transferts in utero au sein du Réseau Périnat Aquitaine : connaissance et satisfaction des patientes

Abstract : Objectives : Assess the knowledge of the Aquitaine perinatal network by patients having undergone in-utero transfers and the satisfaction towards the transfer. Method and materials : Questionnaires hand out to patients having undergone in-utero transfer during four months in Bordeaux's Hospital and Bayonne's Hospital, and three months and a half in Pau's Hospital. Results : 95% of patients didn't know the Aquitaine perinatal network. Not all patients were informed about the possibilities of being transferred to another place during their stay (58,33% in Bordeaux, 50% in Bayonne, 25% in Pau). More than half of them were satisfied during the transfer about the way it was handled. Patients felt safe during the transfer and globally during all medical care. Conclusion : More than a half of patients were satisfied about medical care but they weren't informed about a perinatal network. It would be important to give brief and clear information about the Aquitaine perinatal network during the pregnancy.
