État des lieux de la prise en charge orthophonique des aspects corporels dans la rééducation des dysphonies dysfonctionnelles chez l'adulte

Abstract : With this study, we wanted to make an inventory of the management aspects in the physical rehabilitations of dysfunctional dysphonia in adults. In this objective, we interviewed 153 of which 67 pathologists practicing this type of rehabilitation. We questioned them, about their experience of this support in general. This exploration of our results allowed to highlight that :
-most speech therapists were working on physical and personally invested to do so. We can explain the rareness of training in speech of the subject and the difficulties in referring patients to other specialists.
-end of rehabilitation, the vocal gesture is difficult to automate according to the majority of pathologists.
This finding raises questions about the boundaries of the profession of speech: who should bear the physical aspects of dysphonic patients?
-The speech, in which case the establishment of training is essential.
-Other experts, which would require to consider adjustments to facilitate referrals.
We believe it is important that the body work can be done by persons who are competent to do so. Further research of solutions to improve the management of dysphonic patients seems essential.
