Abstract : Agriculture and farmers face many changes since the early twentieth century. After mechanization and the influx of chemicals, the society asked today, on the one hand, mass production cheap and other products environmentally friendly. Consumers and producers share very little, often in conflict situations. However, agricultural issues are issues of societal order that could enter in the public debate. This requires interaction between various actors: farmers, politicians, professional and consumers. Reinstate a dialogue seems essential.
