De l'écologie de Sparganothis pilleriana Schiff. (Lepidoptera : Tortricidae) à la protection intégrée des plantes

Abstract : Sparganothis pilleriana, univotin and polyphagous specie, shows an unexplained sporadicity. It causes a 14% loss in the revenue of a company which integrated pest management plan must be improved. 5 sampling techniques were applied during the key-moments of the biological cycle to the maximum of 5 generations. A phenological bimodal distribution is observed. The inter-generational density variation is noticed (p-value<0.01) and the rains of summer are identified as being the main factor (R²=0.97). An inventory of the useful arthropods was taken, until 23% of the pests were regulated. The chalcid Brachymeria tibialis ensure 50% of the infestations. In vitro tests were realized from L4 and L5 stages in order to increase the biological insecticides range potentially usable. With the conditions used, the CpGV (0%) and AcNPV (0%) baculovirus are inactive; Steinernema carpocapsae (100%) and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora (100%) are more efficient than Steinernema feltiae (67%). Spinosad (100%) is more efficient than Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. kurstaki (87%) and Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. aizawai (50%). The plan optimization continued with the determining of the Economic Injury Level (EIL) based on an affine relation linking injuries with intensity units (R²=0.83 ; D'=34.6kg/ha/IU). The optimal sampling plan was defined with 2 accuracy levels (c=0.25 and 0.1) thanks to Taylor's power law (R²=0.94). The population have an aggregated dispersal (b=1.35). Results are discussed and hypotheses are expressed.
