Troubles psychiatriques chez le consommateur de cannabis : l'aide au diagnostic par l'analyse capillaire ?

Abstract : Cannabis use has increased dramatically over the past decade in France in particular among young people. Schizophrenia is a severe and chronic (six months increased to diagnosis). Cannabis is now considered a powerful trigger latent psychosis among consumers with psychotic vulnerability. The aim of our study, 99 patients with New Caledonia divided into four groups (Psychosis Chronic (PC), Pharmacopsychosis (PP), Other Psychiatric Disorders (TA) and controls (T)), is to show that the hair analysis tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD) varies psychiatric profiles of cannabis and the ratio of THC / CBD. The analysis of the values of concentrations of THC tells us about the profile of consumers: the PC group is large consumer groups T and TA regular users and occasional users PP group. The concentrations of CBD, antipsychotic molecule, are more important in the control patients. The study of the ratio THC / CBD is higher in the group of psychotic patients. The main bias of study are the small sample size, recruitment bias among controls and the lack of monitoring over the long term. It is therefore necessary to continue the study with the integration of clinical and psychiatric patient data.
