Toucher thérapeutique et troubles des fonctions oro-faciales : élaboration d'un livret d'information à destination des orthophonistes

Abstract : For several years, speech's therapist field has been widely developed. Patient care evolves from global approaches like touching. Besides, oro-facial disorders can significantly impact patient quality of life. Speech and Language Therapist intervention is essential to provide medical care for oro-facial functions. In this enclosed study we are interested in touching use in Speech and Language Therapy, as well as pathologies concerned and efficiency. Results from a survey undertaken with 910 Speech and Language Therapists allow to target clinical evaluation practices and methodologies used to provide oro-facial rehabilitation. In spite of non statistical data collection, results are used to create an information leaflet about touching and oro-facial disorder rehabilitation, for Speech Therapists.
