Le syndrome de Lacomme : quelle prise en charge ?

Abstract : Among "small troubles" of pregnancy, there is the pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. It is frequent, painful and usually invalidating and it appears prematurely. In this report, a forward-looking study realized in the "Polyclinique du Parc" and in the College Hospital of Caen highlighted a sub-diagnosis of this symptomatology without hindering the care and the relief of the pregnant s pelvic pain, mainly thanks to alternative therapeutics. But, many women deplore the lack of information concerning these alternatives and would like a more adapted care. There is a need to inform and advise the general practitioners, the midwives and the gynecologists-obstetricians about the current prevention, diagnostic tests and various therapeutics.
