Hypothyroïdie et grossesse : quelle prise en charge ?

Abstract : The aim of this work was to evaluate the management of hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Retrospectively, we compared pregnancy outcomes of 266 hypothyroid women with 266 patients without any thyroid dysfunction. No difference between the two groups was observed, except an increase of hypertension, caesarian section and premature delivery. Moreover, the analysis of the study shows that the clinical practice guidelines of hypothyroidism during pregnancy are not well known. Multidisciplinary follow up of hypothyroidism pregnancies seems to be crucial in order to improve pregnancy outcomes.
