L'approche processuelle du recrutement

Abstract : Recruitment is one of many exercises from labor management that have a paramount importance. Indeed, it is the real beginning of the employer-employee relation, and thus need to be done the most optimal way possible to insure the company's sustainability and its daily operations. Effectively, recruiting someone costs a lot and the company doesn't have the possibility to make errors because of the unfavorable economic conditions but also because of the ubiquitous Labor Law. It is why each recruitment, done by one of the company's department or by a third party must follow a specific process to ensure its success.
