Faites-moi bouger ! Relaxation et expressivité du corps en psychiatrie adulte

Abstract : Psychocorporal unity, being the basis of sensation of integrity, is built since our birth thanks to relationship to the others and to ourselves. This psychocorporal unity can be undermined because of the happening of disturbing events. To be specific, Mr B., -suffering from psychic disorders-, et Mr N., -having a schizoid personality- have both a weakened psychocorporal unity and a conflictual relation with their body : ill-treated and misunderstood, they consider it as a stranger. Mediations work as a third actor, their use seems relevant in the body acting In this paper, I chose to question the part played by psychomotricity in grown-up psychiatry, and the way that mediations as a therapy could heal weakened envelopes.
