Abstract : Part One: On the U.S. government and its foreign policies. Results and comparisons of George W. Bush and Barack Obama's politics. Study of the United States' political discourse in terms of foreign policies, the way it is presented, and the way it is received. Results of the United States' credibility through the study of the American population and rest of the world behaviours. Part Two: On the opposition and its revendications. Presentation of the opposition, first signs, different actors, manifestations, and discourse. Study of the opposition's different goals, its efficiency, and the opinions and supports it can attracts. Results of the United States' interests and responsabilities, their reasons and justifications. Part Three: On the analysis of the conflict. Results of the United States' foreign policy and their constant research for a scapegoat. Study of the different possible risks, blowback, and consequences. Presentations of the possible solutions and conflict evolutions.
