Management par la qualité et garanties du développement des industries du médicament

Abstract : Within the framework of this thesis, we wished to study how the Quality tools would allow answering the medicine industries problems of development nowadays. To obtain an answer to this question, we began by analyzing the problems of development of the medicine industries. This approach led us to identify the stakes in development of the medicine industries, but also to adopt Qualities solutions in adequacy with the resolution of the main problems of this one. The tools we propose during this work do not claim to be systems of correction, replacing the human in his task, but on the contrary a system of assistance, helping the manager in his work of performances management of the company. To end, we remind the results of our work, the limits of this one, as well as the perspectives which we envisage. Then, we present the contributions of our search before concluding. The Quality tools such as we approached them during this study can be divided into seven big categories : tools to analyze a performance, tools to centre the piloting, tools to analyze a functioning, tools to look for the causes of the defects and qualify their impact, tools to choose the appropriate solution, tools to optimize and secure a process, tools to manage the first stages of an analysis. In each of these categories, we bring a description of the most used tools, regarding the conditions of their implementation and the conditions of success of their use.
