Analyse des facteurs impactant la biodiversité écologique des vers de terre dans trois sols typiques du Poitou-Charentes

Abstract : In the context of a developping life science of soil (study of microfauna, mesofauna and macrofauna), the Frenchinstitute "Chambre d’agriculture" of Poitou-Charentes wants to value two-year-sampled datas of earthworm abundancies (and evaluate the durability of a crop system) and most of all communicate the results to the local farmer network. In a first time, this study summarizes every factors that are set to be influent on earthworm communities in bibliographic datas (more precisely on ecological types: épigeic group, "black head" anecicgroup, "red head" anecic group, endogeic group and at last young and adult groups). Datas were sampled from soil analysis and all the practices made on plots of land. Those samples were made on two periods of time. Astatistic analysis isolated a group of factors concerning soil tillage, phytosanitary treatments, organic matter management and soil physical and chemical properties in order to create a mathematic model. Each kind of ecological group is sensitive to a special combination of variables. The last step is concerning the modelisation work on global abundancy of earthworms. The type of soil, the interval of time between the last tillage and the sampling day and the molluscicidal treatment are the most relevant. The model isn’t stong-built enough to predict a value from a different dataset than the one which was used to its construction (it made be because it doesn’t use interactions of factors). To put in a nutshell, this study suggest a prototype of model and moreover it offers a methodology to select from a huge dataset only a dozen of variables that have different impacts and intensities on earthworms abundancies. This is a preliminary work on the use of earthworms as bioindicators.
