L'alimentation carnée du Quartier Vienne de la Ville de Blois au XVIe siècle

Abstract : The contribution of the archaeology to the understanding modern period is recent. Archaeozoological studies were realized on french sites such as Orléans, Tours, La charité-Sur-Loire and Senlis to redraw the life of the population and the dynamic of the city in the XVIth century. The Quartier Vienne of the city of Blois is an interesting case because of the question about the origin of the bones rejections and the characterization of this district.
