Prévention des échecs implantaires précoces dans les os de densité élevée

Abstract : The succes in dental implant treatment is based on knowledge and understanding of failures as well as their causes. We will be able to prevent, anticipate these failures by being conscious risk factors to which they are bound. Although high density bone are favorable sites to implantation, they are also place of failures. The purpose of our literature review was to define the determining criteria and how to optimize the success. The objective is to find an ideal protocol. This way, the impact of every parameter on bone healing was studied. In addition, we were interested by a great procedure concerning our bone type : endosteal stimulation. This two stages technique seems to back up our problem.
