Apports de la microcalorimétrie isotherme en préformulation galénique : analyse de trois principes actifs à l'état solide

Abstract : Technique of recording of tiny temperature variations, isothermal microcalorimetry (IM) allows to follow most of physical or chemical endo or exothermic phenomena. It brings informations about the thermodynamics and kinetics parameters of the studied process. The obtained curves are called thermograms and present the evolution of the heat flow versus time. The wide domains of application include the pharmaceutical industry. The aim of this work is the study of three drugs to the solid state in a preformulation laboratory. In the first place, we studied the compatibility of an antiprogestatif with its excipients. Then, we observed the influence of the relative humidity on a ketolide. Finally, we tried to understand the influence of the process of tablets manufacturing on the crystalline shape of a macrolide.
