Habitat groupe social et solidaire : des enjeux urbains aux perspectives de développement

Abstract : This thesis seeks to determine which current integration processes focused on the inclusion of vulnerable groups can propose adapted settlement policies to their socio-economic conditions. It deals with grouped and socially-cohesive human settlement concept, then analyses its commitment, acknowledgment and opportunities to develop innovative and appropriate solutions which can tackle diverse profiles of social vulnerability. It underlines the necessary involvement of new actors and areas in human settlements policies such as social economy and private sector, from which we can notice the first steps for genuine collaboration among the grouped and socially-cohesive settlements area. Then, this thesis aims to provide a comprehensive review of originated devices from the social economy sector, which could be used both by public than private sector, in order to reinforce the territorial dimension and the public utility purpose of these projects through sustainable, social and solidarity policies.
