La stratégie de gestion de l'énergie dans le projet de Parc Naturel Régional du Doubs Horloger

Abstract : The internship takes place on the Doubs Horloger Natural Regional Park (NRP) project area. This area is located on the Swiss border, eastward the Doubs French department. It includes 95 towns which essential feature is rurality, whose the most important is Morteau. In order to protect its notable and fragile natural heritage, and to lead the development to more sustainable dynamics, a NRP project has been set up on the area, in partnership with Swiss operators. The NRP project, to which the internship is related, is held by the Pays Horloger Territorial and Rural Balance Center (TRBC). A TRBC develops and carries, on behalf of and in partnership with the included towns, a territorial project which defines the economic, ecological, cultural and social development conditions. It carries also the Territorial Consistency Plan (TCP). The Pays Horloger TRBC develops the NRP project in association with the Swiss Doubs Natural Regional Park (SDNRP), which is NRP certified already in Switzerland. After the opportuneness notification was a success in 2013, the TRBC has taken up the NRP-to-be charter. My internship involves the writing of some parts in the Doubs Horloger NRP Charter strategic alignment. I am also in charge of finishing the TRBC TCP project action plan.
