Les échanges élèves et enseignants. Évolution et bien-être à l'école

Abstract : The topic studied is philosophy for children, and more precisely for 5-year-old children, in Year 1 (last year of nursery school). I wonder how the implementation of the readings of story books about emotions followed by philosophic discussions allows the year 1 pupils to develop the skills they need for their well-being? Here is my hypothesis: the philosophic working groups liven by story books allow a reflection on the self, in a community of research, and in this way a development of affection, social and emotional skills. This gives the pupil an emotional autonomy, needed to reach a state of well-being. In fact, the emotional autonomy contributes to the well-being by serving the socialization and the personal development. I accompanied during 5 months a teacher who uses Marta Gimenez Dasi’s method for her philosophic working groups. Through an interpretative study, with an explanatory approach I prove my hypothesis, I point out the variables to take into account and I propose tracks of studies prolongations linked to neurosciences.
