CATMInE : la proximité linguistique au service de la justice ?

Abstract : This paper reports on the work done in a six-month internship at the IP Trust Innovation company. The project behind this work was to provide a trademark-rights decision support software, based on a linguistic analysis of the trademarks, to help jurists into their decision-making, to be able to inform at best the customers. We will present how the raw data was exploited, and set up the automation of data recovery. Then we will see how the software is organized, and go into the details of the linguistic and computer models, in order to understand how is organized the software, and how the results it produces are displayed.
