Érosion infiltration et micro abrasion dans la prise en charge des taches blanches de l'émail en odontologie pédiatrique : revue systématique

Abstract : Different types of dental anomalies are observed on the anterior sectors and can constitute real aesthetic prejudices for our patients. Restorative dentistry tends to evolve towards the principles of tissue economy. Erosion infiltration and micro abrasion, two approaches responding to this principle, seem satisfactory in the treatment of white spots of enamel, if a correct diagnosis is made. The diagnosis is, indeed, the key to the treatment of dyschromias, it allows three-dimensional knowledge of the lesion to be treated and can influence the success of the treatment. As part of this work, we will study the different types of superficial enamel lesions and their associated treatments. In a second step, a systematic literature review was conducted to evaluate the relevance of these treatments in pediatric odontology.
