Impacts sur la pensée et le comportement de l’explicitation des enjeux liés à l’alimentation durable chez des enfants de cycle 3

Abstract : Education for sustainable development in elementary school has three main objectives: understanding complex systems, making decisions when faced with uncertainty, and exercising critical and independent judgment. Food choice education is a didactic way of developing these skills. The sequence described here is based on a rational approach to lead young students to make an informed and responsible choice. Session after sessions, they understand different issues related to our food system and eating behavior. But, is this approach sufficient to encourage the development of complex thought and the emergence of a critical mind about its eating habits?
