Revue de la littérature des outils de mesure de la qualité de vie dans la dermatite atopique

Abstract : The numerous consequences of atopic dermatitis on the lilestyle have been underestimated for a long time. During the last decades, several new tools have been developed for dermatologists and market access pharmacists. This thesis is a systematic review of the scientific articles from the Medline database, redacted worldwide either in English or French tongue, from 1985 to 2015, in which the impact of atopic dermatitis on children, adults or the family has been evaluated through health-related quality of life measurements. This first part starts with a description of the various clinical aspects of the disease, its epidemlology and the available and upcoming treatments. In the second part, the burden of the disease and its principle of measure are then introduced for both the children, adults affected by this disease and their inner-circle family. The last part consists in the synthesis of the main quality of life measures for children, addults and family, along with their results and the correlation between them when studied by the authors.
