Plafonnement des rendements de blé en France : mise en place d’une méthodologie d’analyse rétrospective des données météorologiques

Abstract : Stagnation in wheat production has been observable since the beginning of the 21st century based on the calculation of annual yields at the national level. This break have been detected in the year 2000. The median yield stagned around 62 q/ha/y and is accompanied by a very significant increase in the interannual variability between 2000-2016 compared to the period 1950 -1999. This break is not representative of the data departmental trend. This yield stagnation could be partly explained by the change in climatic conditions, observable since the beginning of the 21st century. From the Safran database of Météo – France that identify daily weather conditions for the French territory from 1958 to 2016, a total of 33 "ecoclimatique" indicators have been calculated for differents phenologicals phases of wheat. The implementation of a method to analysis the value of indicators shows an increase in temperature indicators on different important periods. This increase generates earlier phenological phases and reduces the cultural cycle.
