Création et analyse d’un outil pour favoriser la démarche réflexive en médecine générale

Abstract : Internships with the practitioner and Ambulatory Workshops in Primary Care Supervised Autonomy (SASPAS) are crucial for the acquisition of skills of future general practitioners. They require the application of new teaching techniques, particularly to improve indirect supervision and feedback. The objectives of this work are to create and to analyze a tool in order to promote the reflexive typical approach of general medicine, to facilitate exchanges between master interns and interns, and to maintain self-training in young doctors. The study was experimental, the tool was tested on two half-days of consultations, by 55 participants, the analysis of the results was qualitative. The 15 internal trainees at the practitioner's and the 15 substitute doctors confirmed that the tool was easy to use, efficient in the short and long term and brought a pedagogical interest to more than 83%. The 15 interns in SASPAS and the 10 training supervisors evaluated the feasible, effective long-term, educational tool at more than 72%, and useful in the short term to more than 62%. This positive assessment was confirmed during semi-structured interviews for 2 participants from each group. The tool is more suitable for training interns than for more experienced physicians. This tool could be proposed during the DES in general medicine, to future interns during outpatient clinics. The draft of a computer version will be presented during the defense of the thesis, but a more accomplished form would require additional work.
