Liens entre les pharmacies d’officine et les structures ambulatoires de psychiatrie en Ille-et-Vilaine : état des lieux et propositions d’organisation

Abstract : A patient suffering from mental illness is usually treated on an out-patient basis. Thus, community mental health teams and pharmacies are more and more led to work collaboratively. A literature review has shown that there is no or little structured collaboration abroad or in France. A first survey conducted in Brittany has explored the state of these relationships and the prospect of some collaboration between the said structures. A second field survey, developed upon interviews with the main participants, has been conducted in Ille-et-Vilaine. Afterwards, an interprofessional meeting have opened up many opportunities. This thesis has observed that relationships are little developed, however, the results are very encouraging. Essential to improve the care of patients with mental illnesses, this cooperation would allow to exchange, collaborate and take part in joint actions.
