Morphologie osseuse des membres inférieurs des individus paralysés cérébraux marchants et faculté locomotrice : une revue systématique de corrélation

Abstract : Introduction : the aim of this thesis is to determine the correlation between lower limb bone morphology and function, activity and participation in subjects with cerebral palsy (CP). Method : the PRISMA statement was followed for this systematic review. Three databases were explored (Pubmed, Scopus and Cochrane) before March 2019. Results : ten articles, corresponding to 773 subjects with CP, were included. Conclusion : Torsional bone deformities seem to partly influence function of subjects with CP. Other factors such as muscle imbalances also take a part. To increase the comprehension between bone morphology and function, activity and participation, other studies should be carried out.
