L'Open Data, vecteur d'innovations sociales et économiques pour les territoires

Abstract : Although it has imposed itself on communities through successive laws, the OpenData has become a major stake in the relationship between the citizen and local economic development. Despite the possibilities offered by the provision of public data, setting up such an approach requires careful consideration of all the associated issues and problems. For communities that have already taken the step, a first assessment can better understand the constraints but also the opportunities inherent in such a project. For those who wish to open a reflection on the opening of their data, this feedback could feed a guide to help them get started.
