Les effets de la psychomotricité dans les enseignements professionnels

Abstract : How can we help the students to improve their motricity and develop the representation they have of their body, in order to make it easier for them to learn professional gestures? This starting question has led us to look for the practical experience which could correspond to this problem. The contribution of psychomotricity has seemed to us particularly relevant. Firstly, we are starting with a general presentation of the various aspects of this practice which is rather unknown. Then, we focus our study on the notions of time and space, as well as the different forms of coordinations. Finally, we intend to show the link which may exist between this practice and the more usual pedagogical experiences basing our study on the contribution of the research. Secondly, the experimental part aims at proving the link between psychomotricity and the feeling of improvement from the point of view of the pupils’ motor development. However, we’ll avoid to think that this kind of differentiation excludes any other pedagogy. It’s essential to keep on using several tools and methods in order to contribute to the success of all the students.
