La gestion des biodéchets dans la restauration collective de la Ville de Rennes

Abstract : In the domain of biowaste management, cities apprehend the sociotechnic transition by the coevolution of three main domains: technologic innovations, political reglementation and social changes. This case study proposes a diagnostic of the management of biowaste from the catering restauration of the city of Rennes. This diagnostic allows to do an inventory of what existing on the territory but also to better understand the territory and better situate the territory in the transition. From this diagnostic, four scenarios of biowaste management can fit into the sociotechnical transition of the city of Rennes are defined and evaluated according to main criteria that seem important for the actors of the domain. Some obstacles for setting up scenarios have been observed. There are mainly the cost and the economic model. Then a hybrid scenario proposing to test different scenario has a small case is defined.
