Évaluation du dimorphisme sexuel à partir des canines lactéales

Abstract : The objective of this study is to determine whether the linear measurements of mesio-distal, vestibulo-lingual or vestibulo-palatal diameters and the perimeter of the deciduous canine have a statistically significant relationship with the patient's sex. The measurements were made using a digital caliper on plaster models and then by surface acquisition using the 3Shape camera. The statistical analysis of results show that there is a significant sexual dimorphism for the mesio-distal diameter of the canine decidual and canine perimeter.
