Apports de la planification implantaire dans la conception de prothèse complète transitoire immédiate transvissée à la mandibule, revue systématique de la littérature

Abstract : The treatment of edentulous mandible has been particularly marked by the immediate loading of implants with temporary prosthesis. Furthermore, development of imaging techniques, computer-aided design and manufacturing and the development of digital workflows have enabled the evolution of implant planning. Implant planning makes it possible to simulate the position of the implants according to the future prosthesis, to create a surgical guide for the placement of the implants and to make the future prosthesis by CAD / CAM before surgery. First of all, this work presents a narrative review on implant planning, immediate loading and provisional prosthesis. Secondly, a systematic review was carried out. The aim of this study was to describe the benefits of implant planning, its advantages, disadvantages and limits in regard to conventional techniques and the clinical sense of the practitioner, for the production of an immediately loaded implant supported fixed full prosthesis to the mandible.
