Paysages alimentaires autodéterminés : le cas de la Villeneuve de Grenoble : outil de médiation en faveur de la transition alimentaire dans les quartiers populaires

Abstract : The food offer perceived at a glance by the walker only presents a configured and controlled version of reality and is only a determined variable of the food issue. The food "landscape", as a concept that exists in different ways in people's minds, constitutes a common transcultural denominator. Analysis of the food landscape allows us to identify the relationships that individuals have with their perceptions of their environment and the interactions that they value and share. Beyond the normative approach based on expectations concerning the state of health of consumers and the environmental impacts of "chosen" consumption patterns, the challenges of the new food systems appear in the light of multiple issues that are at once identitarian, cultural or economic, and whose choices can be decided, imposed, suggested or undergone at the same time.
