Addictions et enjeux de tensions : approche psychomotrice de la gestion du stress et de l'anxiété chez les personnes souffrant d'un trouble de l'usage

Abstract : Use disorder is a chronic disease characterized by the pathological use of a substance despite the significant problems linked to it. This chronic illness is a source of stress and anxiety. The substantial comorbidity between these entities highlight the connection that they maintain with each other. This study aims to introduce the benefit of psychomotor rehabilitation regarding the regulation of stress and anxiety among people suffering from addiction. It emphasizes the interest of offering a treatment on handling these conditions and the use of different tools to achieve these goals. Finally, this report displays two clinical cases which illustrate the work carried out in a hospital.
