Du tact au tact : intervention auprès de la personne âgée qui présente des douleurs physiques et psychiques : l’exemple du toucher thérapeutique
Abstract
Through this writing, I describe the care of three patients all this year long. My observations have revealed that these patients haven’t got the same behavior neither the same relational approaches but they are suffering in the same way. In this report, I deal with the care given to these three elderlies in distress, first looking for the origin of their pain and after trying to understand the incidence of this pain on these patients in their way of life. Besides, I deal with how the therapeutic touch of the psychomotor therapist can help successfully these patients.
A travers cet écrit, je raconte le suivit de trois patients, le long d’une année. J’ai pu observer que ces patients sont opposés dans leur caractère et dans leur manière d’entrer en relation mais qu’ils se retrouvent dans leur souffrance. J’aborde leur prise en charge par la compréhension et la prise en compte de l’origine de leur douleur et de son impact dans leur quotidien. Je décris également l’expérience d’un possible soulagement de la souffrance du patient grâce au toucher thérapeutique du psychomotricien.
